I think there should be a tax on paint to help fund remediation and removal of lead in homes. This tax could also be used to fun RIPTA and truly make the State a Greener state.
I've been trying to buy glass mirrors. Gardner Glass Products reports that maybe in two months they hope to have a solar outdoor mirror on the market that isn't backed with lead paint.
That's right, all major brands of glass mirror tiles in all homes (and all outdoor solar reflecting mirrors) have lead paint on the back, and are going to be hazardous waste.
